check your transaction history and your service agreement, to see the detail of your plan
My Plans → Transaction history
My Plans → Manage my plan → Service agreement
Check your APN, to be sure that the phone is well configured

You can also check if you have any limit on your phone
Settings → Connections → Mobile data usage
