Fizz chat disabled, what to do?

I have been trying to open the chat with the question mark on this page:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
but the chat won't open.
How else might I be able to reach the fizz team?

Try to do this

- Logout
- Click on the chat (you will have the login screen)
- Click on the chat (after the login )

Please try a different browser and/or incognito mode. Usually this solves the problem for me.

Try on Messenger or other apps like WhatsApp.
It work great for me.

You can try a different browser, it usually does the trick!

Have you tried Messenger ? Usually more easy to reach Fizz with Messenger.
