    You can use the chat or facebook

    You can also try to ask here, we are members

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
  • Go with the chat or Facebook messenger as Mike said. You would probably have to insist a little bit before chatting with a real human. Good luck!

    The service is 100 % on line. You cannot contact anyone by phone.
    Chat or Messenger are the best ways to contact Fizz.

    Fizz is 100% online provider.
    You can only contact the Fizz customer by chat when you are subscribing to a Fizz plan.
