can't change/update credit card.

    Hi Robert

    This is the procedure

    1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
    2- Click on Payment methods.
    3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
    4- Now make your way to My plans.
    5- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
    6- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    to update the payment method and associate it to your plans.

    Make sure you are using a card that is accepted by Fizz: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Some prepaid cards are accepted as well, like KoHo, but Fizz does not accept the Vanilla prepaid card.

    If any problem, you can contact customer support by chat:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Follow the procedure mentioned by Mike and you should be fine.
    Make sure it’s a Canadian Credit or Debit card as not all international cards are accepted.

    Dont forget to add a canadian valid credit card: Visa, mastercard, Visa-Debit, Mastercard Debit or pre-paid credit card with recurring payment.
