How to cancel my service?
I schedule an appointment with your technician and he showed up but couldn’t install due to the fact that he need access to the internet box for the building. I tried calling the concierge but there was no response. I was told by the technician to contact you guys to reschedule. Now I’m trying to reschedule and it’s only giving my options but for feb 8th. I find it a bit ridiculous that I have to wait so long for an re-installation especially when it’s not my fault. So I would like to cancel everything and get my money back. Another thing why don’t you guys have a number to call.. navigating this way is stupid and complicated.
