How to cancel my service?
I schedule an appointment with your technician and he showed up but couldn’t install due to the fact that he need access to the internet box for the building. I tried calling the concierge but there was no response. I was told by the technician to contact you guys to reschedule. Now I’m trying to reschedule and it’s only giving my options but for feb 8th. I find it a bit ridiculous that I have to wait so long for an re-installation especially when it’s not my fault. So I would like to cancel everything and get my money back. Another thing why don’t you guys have a number to call.. navigating this way is stupid and complicated.

I think you have to chat with customer service to take another appointment (maybe they can give you an appointment sooner) or cancel your service.2

You can Live chat with Fizz support for additional info or to expedite the refund:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
