Adding a contact?

Hi! I'm trying to add a contact with a phone number and it doesn't work, how can I do it?

Unfortunately Fizz had to disable the search contact option for now, likely to investigate this problem: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2544662-fizz-members-targeted-text-message-phishing

We'll have to wait for Fizz to reactivate it.

Meanwhile you can still gift data from your plan to other Fizz members.
Go to My Plans → Click gift from the account → Start Gifting ->
- Gift to someone you know: Enter the phone number or email This will open the gifting tool, it is preferable to use the phone number.
- Or gift to a stranger: Enter their referral code.
- Select the amount of data you wish to gift and click Next.
- Customize a message to the recipient and click Send.
