Gift data error?

I get this error when I put my friends phone number to start gifting: "_shortcode.SOURCE_PRODUCT_IS_NOT_FOUND"

try to empty the cache and use the browser in private mode
Are you sure that your friend has a data plan?

You can also contact customer support by chat,
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

Please try again as Mike suggests.
You can also try gifting less data to see if it works. For example, If you have 1 GB of data left and you are trying to gift 1 GB, try gifting 500 MB instead.

Try incognito mode and, as mentioned, clearing the cache.6
