Gift data error?

I get this error when I put my friends phone number to start gifting: "_shortcode.SOURCE_PRODUCT_IS_NOT_FOUND"
Anyone have the same issue

Are you sure that your friend has a data plan?

You can also contact customer support by chat,

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Please try again as Mike suggests.

You can also try gifting less data to see if it works. For example, If you have 1 GB of data left and you are trying to gift 1 GB, try gifting 500 MB instead.

Also, make sure both of you have data on yours contracts!

Try incognito mode and, as mentioned, clearing the cache.

You can try gifting less data to see if it works. For example, If you have 1 GB of data left and you are trying to gift 1 GB, try gifting 500 MB instead.
