Why is it so hard to access support?!

Does anyone else have issues with the help icon on their account? It never seems to work and when I am able to access it I am unable to start a support chat. This is really frustrating!

    Sorry to hear that. You can contact support via chat anytime 24/7.

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/votre-connexion-internet-cablee-coupe
    4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page

    For similar issue unable to open chat, it was solved this way.
    - Logout
    - Click on the bubble
    - Click on the chat
    - Login
    - Click on the bubble
    - Click on the chat
    You can also try with the browser in private mode.

    I had a similar problem, I have solved in this way and Aldo using the browser in private mode

    1- Logout from your account
    2- Go to one faq page
    3- Click on the green bunble
    4- Click on chat
    5- The system will ask you to login
    6- login
    7- repeat 3 and 4
  • It has never worked for me either. The website is super buggy for me.
  • I had the same problem yesterday, I end up using messenger. It worked great!

    I usually Facebook messenger - pretty decent response time (a couple of hours). If it's urgent, use chat.
