Missing sim card bug on app?

Does any one had this problem before. I'd install YouMail on my mobile and there the error id get. I did remove and put back my SIM card into my phone, everythings works well exept the app (when it's tiem to activate I have this error appear). I have uninstall/reinstall the app.. Im also in contact with Fizz support. But they tell me to ask in the comunity. Please help!

Do you have 2 SIM card slot on your phone? Did you try to change the slot?
It seems that youmail app do not find the SIM or it does not have the permission to read or some information are missing from the SIM

It seems that the app cannot read your phone number
If you go under Settings → Wifi Networks → Sim and networks → SIM Name do you have your phone number?
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page8 -
Have you tried reaching out to YouMail support? Maybe they have some troubleshooting advice7
