How can I make a internectional call? I want to make a Chinese call . But I don't want to create 5dollars every months plan.

You can buy a one-time calling add-on or add funds to the wallet of your account.

You must also deactivate the blocking of international calls on your account:
My Plans → Manage my plan → Advanced settings → Blocked international calls

If you want to contact Fizz, you can contact support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

As Fizzy mentioned, best would be to buy an add on. If you only call once and for a short time use pay as you go. You need to manually unblock international calls (follow Fizzy’s lead)

Fizz is awesome. In my case , I couldn't find a better add-on for voice to Europe.....Excellent and huge savings ! Now I feel free to speak with my parents.
