Can't see data usage - Page loads forever?

Overview -> See usage, or My Plans -> Details, both pages are loads forever.
Tried in Chrome with incognito mode and Safari, the problem persists.

    It seems a very common problem these days

    I solved reloading multiple times the page

    Sometime I was also obliged to logout and login in


    You can also contact customer support by chat

    1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

    Hi,

    Maybye you'll have to contact Fizz support
    To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
     
    1- Log in to your account
    2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
     
    Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

    The site seems to be a bit buggy. Please try a different browser and/or incognito mode.
