The CODA-4582 has a VPN passthrough tab in the Security settings to enable one of 3 VPN protocols. FIZZ uses the CODA-4680 and the VPN passthrough tab is not there. Is there firmware update available?
Note that a similar question was apparently 'solved' when someone passed on a link to the modem manual; it is obviously not in the manual.

Hi Benoit
The latest modem firmware is 2.0.10.43b8
Fizz does not offer VPN, but you can use any of the available VPN services with the Fizz modem.7 -
Hi Benoit
Most recent protocols do not need the VPN passthrough, on my knowledge you are not suppose to need it. The NAT should be enough
If you are still using IPSec problably yes
What problem do you have with your VPN?
Do you know what protocol are using?
You can also contact customer support by chat

I don't think Fizz offers a VPN service but you may try to couple a router with your Fizz modem to solve the problem.1
