Fizz android app keeps going to the trouble shooting and won't work.
Yes, my phone is connected to my fizz wifi.
Yes, I have installed and reinstalled fizz wifi app several time.
Yes I have restarted my phone
Yes the modem lights seem ok
The app worked well at my parents place also with fizz. IT doesn't work on my fizz internet, even after reinstalling it.

Did you manage to be connected to an agent?
Try to get a human on the line via their website: My Plans > Contact Forms > chat

You can try to clear the app cache and uninstall the app, before trying to install the app again.

If the problem continues, also try restarting your modem.

Try to unstall the Fizz application and re-install it.

I would try to re-install the app again. If it doesn't work, maybe try to contact the Fizz support through your account or Facebook. Hope this helps!
