Can’t send txt messages but i can send iMessages

I’m not able to sens txt messages. But i can send imessages with my iPhone

That has probably something to do with your iPhone. Either your Apple ID is not correct set up or the person you are trying to text has a problem.
Try log in and out if your Apple ID and make sure you can be reached under your number (can be found in message and FaceTime settings)

No it’s not only with one person. I’ve turned off my iphone 3-4 times and nothing happened. The problem is with Fizz network

Are you using Fizz Ext? Fizz have some problems with Fizz Ext at the moment

Did you already try to restart your phone

Do you have unlimited SMS?

Are you able to receive them from users that are not using an iPhone?

Since the SMS sent to people with iphone are sent using the WiFi

You can always contact the support

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Hi Cédrick, have you looked in your Settings/Messages for the option Send as SMS?

Hi Cédrick,

SMS and iMessage are different.
iMessage will work with WiFi or Data to other Iphone users, so you cannot compare with SMS.
Mike give you a tip to unlock send as SMS in case that iMessage is not working.

Try this and if nothing work, you should try with FIZZ support.
