I have forums posts open about and issue that is not fixed or dealt with and the fizz employees are just going in, not answering the post and closing the forum post as answered!! It is not answered. Stop closing my forum posts that haven't been fixed or answered!!!!

Hi MB
You do have 2 recent posts.
This one is still open: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2581691-mobile-data-stop-working-today-phone-works
Whereas the other one: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2581792-fizz-ext
was closed by Whizz. Whizz closed this post by letting you know that there was a ticket created for the situation you encountered and it is still undergoing investigation.
If and when you have any follow-ups to an issue, you can post a new question just like you are doing now.10 -
Why's your point?
They went and closed a posting. They've done this before and I was told they aren't supposed to.
You chose the answer, when it's answered.
They didn't answer.
And they shouldn't close it.12 -
I think they do it so that there aren’t too many posts open.
I hear you, it’s not ideal but unfortunately that’s that way it is. Especially because many people post questions and never care to close it after they have been answered11 -
Hi MB,
Sometimes, FIZZ are checking the posts from users if they respects the "posting rules".
If everything is ok, they will post the question. And if not, they won't.
Maybye the is what happen with your posts?
Were you angry or use illicit language?
Don't forget that this is a community hub and not the FIZZ support.
And, it happened to me, I don't know the exact answer, I think after some time that the post is open and there is no activity, they choose an answer to "close it".
If you want more details, I suggest to contact FIZZ support.7 -
Check the posting rules, I guess you broke one4

When you get this frustrated over a cell and /or internet provider, just change provider instead of complaining.
Voting with your dollars is the only way to go.
I left bell for fizz. I know it can be frustrating but for your own mental health, just leave and maybe come back in a few months /years.5
