Keep my old plan and buy a new phone?

I was invited to buy a phone, I’m trying to get the iPhone 11, sometimes I get access to that part of the website, often it asks me log out and back in again. When I tried to buy it yesterday the website wanted me to add a plan. I’m happy to keep my existing plan, can I do this?

This seems like a bug to me. You don’t need to chose a new plan.
The website is in beta (regarding phones) and still a bit buggy.
Best thing would be to reach out to customer support. They can do it manually for you10 -
When I bought my phone, it gave me the option to use my current plan (there were something like “use your current plan” or “buy a new SIM card”.
If you see something different, I think there might be a bug of the system. I would suggest to wait a couple of hours and try again. If it doesn’t work, try to contact the support from your account explaining the problem so that they can help you. I hope this helps!10 -
