How can we use the new phone purchased through Fizz?

Can I buy a phone without activation a new line?
Or does it needs to be used with the phone # that's on the account?
Will it be unlocked?

It’s still in beta. You need to be level 5 or above (if I recall correctly)

StefanM is correct. You may need to be a certain minimum level to be able to purchase one of the phones offered by Fizz. I believe you would also need to have an active Fizz mobile plan to qualify (any mobile plan will do). Here is the latest info on phone offers as posted by Fizz:

Once you buy the phone, it is unlocked and it can be used with any SIM card and any phone number.

Yes you can, you just need to be at least a level 5 account. The phone is unlocked (at least I can say the iPhone 11 I bought is unlocked). Hope this helps!

It's a beta offer.
You need to have a Fizz mobile plan and get the 5th level to be able to buy a phone from Fizz.
