Can I receive calls from another country even with only a provincial plan?

I have a Quebec plan but would like to receive a call from Italy. Is this possible?

Incoming calls are always possible as long as the plan is active.

Yeap incoming call are free there are not charges for it.

Yes as long as you have unlimited calling included in your plan, you will be able to receive calls from anywhere. Note that you need to be within your coverage area (Quebec) to use your Fizz mobile service.

Also note that for your outgoing calls, only calls to your coverage area (Quebec numbers) are included within your plan.
