Error message when i click on preloved phone (when trying to on a phone in My phone menu)?

Every time that i click on any preloved phone, it says error. It says: Something ain't right. Disconnect from your account and try again. I did what they say many time but nothing is working. Is the beta version so bad it doesn't work?

Please try using incognito mode. Also you need to be eligible for the beta program (Level 5 and above - I believe)

Hey Mike. I tried incognito mode and it's still the same. Stefan, i received an email saying taht i was elligible for the beta test even tho i'm only level 4.
