Did you try to reboot the phone?
Are you using the phone in the same conditions? Such earphone, or other
Are you suing Fizz or Fizz Ext?
Can you check if you have some kind of noise cancellation or VoLTE or other kind of special configuration
Can you try the SIM in a different phone?
I do not have this kind of problem
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page3 -
Please try to reboot the phone. It seems like a device issue to me.0

I think the problem come from your device and not from FIZZ.
Check that kind of issue on google.

yes using the phone in the same location
i check with an other friend of mine that is on fizz and it seems he has the same issue as me0 -
