Is Newfondland is not include in Canada Phone Plan? I can't reach them

I tried to call a number in NewfoundLand and received a message saying it was not included in my plan. Is it possible that New foundling is not included from Canada plan?

It should be included in the Canada plan. Double check your plans. If you made changes they only become available next billing cycle. Also you need to have minutes included in your plan. If not you need to have money in your wallet or purchase an add on.
If everything is correct, try restarting your phone. Should that not help, contact support. Good luck
