Getting "There has been an error. Please try again later." while trying to order. How to contact Fiz

Trying to order Internet. As I'm ready to finalize order, I've been getting "There has been an error. Please try again later.", and that, for the past 2 weeks. How can we contact Fizz to see what's blocking ? Big thanks !

Please try to use the browser in private mode
