Fizz can't find my address

Hi, I want to sign up for fizz internet but my adress is not recognized, service is available to all my neighbors and even the unit above me(i live in a duplex) but for some reason the website wont allow me to sign up.
Any help would be appreciated,

If Fizz Home Internet is not available at your address, come back later. It’s currently available to many residential addresses in Quebec and Ontario. In time, the service will become available to a growing number of postal codes. What if Fizz Home Internet is not available at my address?"

Did you try to looking using the postal code?

You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option
