I don't know how but finally today I received automatically the 2 sms with APN setting.
I remember when I tried online like 1 month ago I was not allowed on the website and the message received was to install by hand.
Did anybody else received APN Settings today like me?

Honesty, I never had to manually change the APN settings. I was always lucky enough that my phone did it automatically
