Why does your website keep refusing my Visa card which clearly works?

I have tried to take out a subscription on your website. Everything went well till they ask me to give them my credit card informations. There I got stuck as the website keep refusing the registration of my credit card telling it couldn't refuse it while it is a Visa card that I used one hour before. Even if I come from France, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work so can you help me please?

You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card
.

Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
Foreign credit/debit cards are not all accepted.
You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.

Therefore not all foreing credit cards are accepted.

You can use the online prépaid credit card KoHo

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Sorry,
Fizz is accepting only canadian credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa-Debit, and pre-paid (canadian) credit card with recurring payments.

Is it a Canadian credit card? Only Canadian Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted.
