Why can't I send text messages from France?

I am in France, I put some money in my Wallet to be able to send text message from France to Québec. It worked for a day or two and now I cannot send any text message anymore, while I still have more than 9$ in my wallet.
Anybody could help me on that matter ?

This is strange, can you try to reboot the phone, and check the network operator selection?

Only to be sure that you do not send SMS longer than 160 chrs, otherwise you need to enable the data too.

I strongly suggest you to buy a local sim card instead. Price are so cheap in France.

That is indeed strange. Try to reboot the phone. If this doesn't work reach out to customer support. I am sue they will be able to help you.

You might have already passed your limit given to you through roaming?
