Bonus credit on my bill

Just took home internet and since I'm already a mobile client I had this $ bonus I applied for new internet account but at the end it doesn't show on my bill!?

The bonus will applied the next billing cycle if you applied at least 48 hours before the renewal
You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option17
