Hi, I can't reach Travel options for Mexico. Can you pls help asap?

I am getting to the option "choose the country" find Mexico, select Mexico, but the page remains blank

During pandemic it's not a good idea to go to Mexico anyway.15

As Gilles mention, travel should be restricted during the pandemic.
However if you must travel, here is info from Fizz on how to buy Travel option:

As you can see below, the option is working for me. If you continue to encounter a blank page, try
- refreshing the page.
- clear your browser cache and try with a new tab in private mode
- or try with another browser / different device.

As always, Fizz support is available by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.16 -

Click on the green work Mexico and should work. If not maybe try to re do it after few hours.11

I have used already the travel option, it simply doesn't work now. I have tried Chrome and IExplorer (Edge)10

Try to use incognito mode or a mobile browser. Website has had some problems recently11
