Why can't I complete my call?

I have a plan that supports unlimited calling and coverage in all of Montreal. I've been declined three times making domestic calls within Canada. The first time I was in a pinch so I purchased the international calls add on, which allowed me to make my call to Manitoba. I've now also been declined trying to make calls within Quebec. Kinda disappointed. What do I do?

    Hi Dawsondick

Did you already try to reboot the phone?

Do you have Fizz or Fizz Ext?

Be sure that you network operator is in automatic

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    Hi Dawsondick

What is your current plan coverage? The coverage area determines:
1 - where you can use your Fizz mobile service.
2 - and also what numbers you can call if you have unlimited calling included in your plan.

If the issue continues, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
