Reward after reaching level 5

I have just reach level 5, I don't see the 2$ rebate on my internet rewards. Is it normal?

Fizz can change their reward system without noticing the users

Therefore can be normal, you can try to validate with the support, since it can be also a bug. Here we can tell you what we got.

If you don't see the $2 internet rebate, do you see another reward instead?
When you click on a reward for more info, it will show you the level you received it.

As Mike mentions, Fizz can change the rewards at any time without notice.

Did you receive the upgrade rewards for mobile?

And are your 3 slots unlocked now? It should be important that you have at least 3 rewards to activate all the unlocked slots.
