New subscriber 500Mb gift?

Hi,
I’m new to fizz. I read that for new user got a 250mb bonus and a 500mb once. I never got this 500 mb. Did I miss something or didn’t understand what it is exacly or I should have got this?

When you create your Fizz account, you'll automatically receive some free gifts including the 250 MB data upgrade and Data Perk. As you progress with actions (like paying for your plan and participating in the forums), you will level up your My Rewards account. Hi, to add fizzy told, you got a 500 gb gift card good once. The 250gb bonus is recurent each month. When you activate the bonus it's activated the next cycle of payment.
