How to contact Fizz via iMessage?

I see the website mentioning that we can leave a message via iMessage. How do we do that? Please let me know.

Please open a web browser on your Apple device.
Go on a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account

And click on the ? question mark (bottom right)
You should be able to see all the options available to you.

You need to go directly to the question mark, as Fizzy explained, there it will give a the choice to contact via iMassage.

Unfortunately, I don’t see any options after clicking the “Help” bubble. I asked a question regarding the unavailability of options in a separate thread, so will follow it up there. Thanks for the answers!
