change plan before installation?

I Just signed up for 15 Mbps but would like to change it to 30. Installation is 3 days from now. How do I change my plan before I am all hooked up?

You cannot from your side, however, try to chat with the support

You can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-how-do-i-do-this
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

As Mike suggested, reach out to support. They might be able to do it manually.

You could wait once it's installed. Then you can change your internet plan and within 24h the new speed will be activated.
