Sunday Badge ?

Hi, I just added a mobile package on my account (I already have Internet) shouldn't I receive the Synday badge ?

Hi Julie

Yes, you are supposed to receive it if when you said package you mean an add-on, the Sunday badge is for your first add-on.

This morning some part of Fizz’s web site do not work properly.

If you can wait tomorrow, and if you do not have it, contact the support.

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

I would follow Mike's advice and make him the "best answer" if it works. Don't hesitate if you have more questions.

If it's an add-on you should receive it. As Mike correctly pointed out, the site has currently some problems.

If fou mean a mobile plan, it is not the same as an add-on.
An add-on is to add something to your existing mobile plan.
