Normally Fizz ask to buy a new one, and when you activate it they will issue a refund.
If you have a couche tard nearby, you can try to buy one there.

Sorry to hear that, you'll have to get a new one, but definitely reach out to Fizz to let them know about the missed delivery, also look around mine was taped tot he front door when it was delivered. Depending on the type of home you have could be on a back door, garage door or something else the courier could get to.1
