installing a router

planning to buy and install a TP-Link AC1750 router on my basement/office. Using Fizz mode-router as the main device.
Would that work, which steps I need to follow. is there any better suggestion for a router. The main objective is to have all device on basement connecte wired due to random lack on wifi signal
