Alright so it seems i can't update a question, here's part two!
Quick recap :
Upgraded from 30 to 60Mbps. Went into effect in the afternoon. Lost connection to the Internet. Had to power off the modem and then turn it back on. Solved the issue, but now it's happened multiple times during the evening.
Issue is not specific to Wi-Fi and the home network is still accessible by all my devices. Wired devices also loose internet access.
I am attaching router logs and a picture of the modem lights, as requested.
I have reset the modem to factory. Reset the router as well.
Still having issues. I really need a fix on this. It's fine if Fizz can't find a solution, but i need to know fast so i can move to another provider.
I use this for work and can't afford these sort of issues.

Thanks!
