Hi,
I was having trouble with the shortcut app installed on my phone. After uninstalling, I am not able to reinstall it again.
The app I am referring to is the mobile app to follow the data usage and other account details.

Hi DonCarleon,
I am not aware that Fizz has a mobile app. You probably mean the internet shortcut on your phone. You can put that on your Home Screen.
Try re-installing the browser app you are using.
Sometimes the browser causes the problem. Alternatively, before de-installing and re-installing, try to reboot your phone

BTW which Fizz service are you referring to?

For cell mobile plans, Fizz does not have any apps.

For home internet, there is one Fizz mobile app. Which phone are you using?

The app is for Home internet, we don't have an app to manage our mobile services yet.

there no app on the store, only adding page to home screen on phone !
