Where is my referral code?

I followed https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-invite-friends-to-join-fizz which mentions to scroll down on the profile page to find "invite friends" to reveal my referral code. But it's not there.
Is the reason that I'm only customer for a month and it will show up later (when?)?

It seems to be a bug, since if you have an active plan the referral code must be visible

I checked and mine it is still there.

Can you try to use your browser in private mode or to use a different browser

You can also contact customer support by chat

1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-invite-friends-to-join-fizz
2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

Hi Ankman! Just checked mine using Mike's steps and it's also showing, so you should be fine - you could also try if the same issue appears when using Incognito tab. If so, your best bet is the customer support.

This seems to be a system error. As soon as you activate a plan, you should be able to see your code. Please reach out to support, they can help you

There is no reply button on any of your answers? So I answer myself.
I tried in Incognito Mode but there is still no option to see my code.
Under "My referrals" I only find
"Keep track of your past and pending Referral Bonuses. Bonuses unlock after your friend’s 2nd monthly payment!"
I used a code of somebody (a long timer as it seems) I found in the forum here when signing up which was accepted. But it's not showing either.
Will try a different browser tomorrow I never used to sign it to Fizz before. If that also fails I will try to contact the Fizz support.

You should definitely get in touch with Fizz support for 2 reasons:
1. Since you have an active plan, you should be able to access your referral code.
2. If you used a referral code when you activated your first plan, you should see this info displayed under My Profile >> Referral Bonuses

Fizz wrote that some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost!

You can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner

Please, follow Mike’s indications. If you cannot see your referral in this way, it must a bug. If this is the case, try to contact the Fizz support through your account or Facebook.

To see your referral code:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: Overview
Scroll down the page until you see:
Friends with bebefizz
Click on: Send an invitation
You'll see: Invite Friends to Fizz
and click on: Reveal my referral code

Thanks all. After chatting with the support I only realized I logged in with my community account rather than the Fizz account. Sorry for wasting your time.
