You can check online. However, I will suggest to follow from your phone
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- Scroll to see a usage summary for each Plan associated with your Account.
3- Click on detail under the data session

The steps to follow to check your data usage can vary depending on the type of phone you have. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → Data usage → Mobile data usage
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular data usage

Remember Fizz is a prepaid service, when you are used all your data they will stop and you will not be charged (if you do not put money in your Fizz's wallet)
If you need extra data, you can ask a gift here, or put money in the wallet or add an data add on

You could choose your password when you set up your account. If you are logged out either reset the password or contact support.
Online you can always see how much data you have left4 -
