How to find the default admin username and password?

Mike, already answered it. Use those credentials and you should be able to log in.

username is cusadmin and password is your wifi Password (if you did not change it the default one is printed on the side of the modem/router)

If you do a factory reset, the user name is : custadmin and the password is written on the modem/router
