I asked To activate m'y new sim card on m'y cell or tablet but can't make it work. I already chat with support 3 times and nothingh works

Did you already used successfully on the same phone or tablet?

If the card was already working on that phone and tablet yes you need a new one

If this was the first time that you try to use it, it can be the you have a operator lock on the phone and tablet
