Fizz is a prepaid service and it does not offer this service.

You can always try to contact the support to validate with them

You can contact customer support by chat

1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

I don’t think that Fizz offers that service. Maybe reach out to support. They might be able to help you

Sorry Edwin. Here we are users in the community.
We can tell you that Fizz does not supply call info for unlimited calling plans.
You would have to check your own phone records and if you don't already have the message saved, you may be out of luck.

If this is an urgent police matter, then you should let the authorities pursue the required info.

I do not believe they offer this service, you can always contact their support via facebook and ask.
If you need it for legal reasons then your lawyer can probably supena the information from them.
