Cannot send gifted data

Over the past week, I have not been able to gift data to my son. I get the message "This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile plan." He does. Also my daughter, a Fizz member, was able to when I couldn't.

To be sure, they have a data plan? In order to receive data, the user must have a data plan!

You cannot send a data gift to:

1- People who are not Fizz members
2- Fizz members with no data plan
3- Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito

As Mike already mentioned, the receiver needs to have a data plan. Please make sure they do! Given the fact that your daughter can and you can’t indicates to me that there is a problem on your end. Maybe try to log in using private mode! Could be a cache problem.

I guess neither of you read the entirety of Sue's question.
