Website crashed while creating account ?

The website crashed yesterday after i enterred my brand new sim card number so now when i enter the number, it says that is already used by someone and i cant finish the activation...do i really have to buy another now ?!

Please check under your account if the plan was created.
The SIM number is locked for 2 hours if used but if you did not complete the process.
Non you do not need to buy a new one.
In case of a problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

I also think you should contact Fizz for this.
If you should need a new SIM card, note that you can have a free SIM card at a participating Couche-Tard with the Couche-Tard apps.1 -
