Is there anyway to gift perks?

Now that adding new contact is disabled until further notice, is there any way to gift someone else (not in our contact list) the perks we received?

If you have enough data in your plan, you can activated in your account and gift your own data

Or you can wait a week or two to see if they will fix it.

The perks are only able to be use by only yourself. These are only to be given to you and you alone.
