    Hi Sheer

Your data is kept on your phone and online if you have made this backup. Can you still power on the phone? If so, you can transfer all contents of your phone to the new one even without a SIM card.

You can order a replacement SIM online or pick one up from Couche-Tard

BTW Couche-Tard has a promo until January 4th 2021. If you install their app and use the coupon, you can get your SIM card for free.

Once you have your SIM card, log onto your account to change your SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).

If you need any help from Fizz, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-stolen-mobile
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
