What is the technology behind the Fizz home internet? How can I tell if it can work in my area?

I want to know if Fizz Home Internet can be an option for me. I Live far from the city. I have a LTE Hotspot with Videotron and it works but it is limited to 15g per month. Would this internet connection work if the LTE hotspot works? I dont need ligthing fast speed just unlimited transfer.

To find out if you are eligible for Fizz home internet, you can go here to simulate a registration

Select your plan and enter your address. If you are eligible, you can enter your payment information and select an installation date.

If Videotron Cable TV is available in your area you most probably can have Fizz Internet.
