Can you manually process my payment?

How can I manually pay my bill? I tried to update payment last night but payment still wasn’t removed and I don’t want any service interruptions!

    Hi Rebecca

    If you associate a new credit card with your plans, you can also force the payment
    My Plans - Manage Plan - Payment method - Make my monthly payment. Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    You can do yourself a manual payment.
    Log to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My plan - Manage my plan - Payment mode
    Click on: Do a manual payment.
    N.B.: Your plan will be reactivated approximately after 2 hours.
