Is VOIP use allowed with data?

Every time I get a fongo (VOIP) call, I get a text from Fizz saying that call wasn’t allowed buy an add on..(even on WiFi)
Never had that issue before.

    You can use VOIP with Fizz mobile data and Fizz home internet.
    .
    I have no problem using Fongo and other VOIP provider with either Fizz mobile data or Fizz home internet.
